- Creating and implementing organizational policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations.
- Responsible to examine, identify, and manage regulatory risk while working with management and staff on routine operations and / or specific projects.
- Develop and implement internal controls to adequately measure and manage the risk ascertain as part of risk assessment process.
- Communicate, visit the Government Officials as required and be point of contact for Govt. Offices.
- Ensuring standards through disciplinary policies to ensure the organization achieves and maintains government compliance.
- Building, designing, or updating internal policies to reduce the risk of the organization breaking laws and regulations, and lead internal audits of procedures, documents / records.
- Work closely with Senior Management to ensure appropriate contingency plans are in place that set guidelines on how to handle a possible compliance breach.

- Maintaining open lines of communication with all relevant decision makers and stakeholders in order to keep all parties informed of regulatory changes.
- Network with different forums to be updated and seek understanding of all amendments in regulations from time-to-time.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelors / Post-Graduation / Law Degree from renowned university.
- 8 - 10 years' experience as a regulatory professional.
- Well-developed communication skills to effectively work with Government Officials, Consultants and Stakeholders.
- Possessing strong analytical skills, paying careful and particular attention to detail.
- Having a deep and sound knowledge of regulatory policies as regulatory compliance.
- Diligence and perseverance to see an issue through resolution.
- Good relations with local New Paper for PR Management as required.
