- Interact with stakeholders/vertical heads on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.

- Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to placing.

- Handle a small team of recruiters motivates and mentor them

- Leverage your existing relationships and network and sources for quick hiring closures

- Ability to source and work on over 15+ mid to senior level requirement for the firm including technical hiring-React, Node.JS, Java etc

- Working with vendors for fast processing and closure

Experience :

- Tech Recruitment - Familiar with React, Node JS, Angular, Javascript, Java, HTML, CSS, Dev. Ops, Spring, BootStrap, AWS etc.

- Excellent Communication Skills, English is a must

- Should have worked in an MNC, Pan India

- Familiar with India Market

- Good with numbers

- Should be able to work with people

- Vendor Management

- Sourcing Strategies along with Channel Management

- Independent Worker
