Senior Manager - Recruitment - ITeS (9-12 yrs)
Role: Sr Manager - ITES Recruitment
Location: Delhi / Bangalore
Experience: 9 to 12 Yrs
CTC: upto 20,00,000 pa
Strong exposure into recruitment. Handling recruitment for ITes Recruitment which includes BFSI and Analytics hiring .
Recruitment Consultancy experience preferred
The role will be responsible for:
- External fulfillment of requirements for the F & A Operations domain in India.
- Stake Holder management.
- Team management.
- Formulating strategy and plans to fulfill open positions in the BU.
- Analyzing the man power requirement from various functional departments.
- Providing support to Management on determining the appropriate recruitment strategy considering key development opportunities.
- Help business with MIS relevant to track recruitment and costs to assist in making management decisions to be presented to Executive Director.
