Leading IT & Enablement Talent Acquisition team
- Responsible for defining, executing and initializing processes and policies for recruitment function
- Owner of all Talent Acquisition related internal & external compliances and audits
- Demand Planning & Fulfillment across must have accounts, priority accounts
- Maintains a healthy supplier working relationships with Academia, vendors, partners
- Planning & creating recruitment budget for manpower, tools & technology requirements for enabling talent acquisition function.
- Build up hiring strategies in line with current & future requirements
- Synergize with Business Managers for cost effective & high quality hiring
- Liaison with other departments like HR Shared Services to ensure timely on-boarding of the candidates.
- Identify process gaps and collaborate with the Client to formulate solutions as per requirements
- Monitoring, measuring & managing Recruitment - service level agreements- (SLAs) as mutually agreed with Delivery and other key stakeholders
- Ensuring a healthy Offer to Joining ratio through timely sync-up with the offered candidates
- Keep a close watch on the recruitment as per the plan and ensure a smooth selection process by preparation of a defined action plan with timelines
