You will oversee developing recruiting strategies to attract and evaluate top product engineering & engineering services talent. Our client is going through hyper-growth but focused on setting up long-term platforms to establish and evolve our talent acquisition.
You will have a blend of setting and agreeing strategic direction balanced with optimization of efficiency to achieve hiring at scale. You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition
The impact you will have :
- Evolve our headcount planning and management processes for product engineering & engineering services, working with senior leaders across the company to establish talent acquisition strategies.
- Build goals and metrics, to develop a team that is data-centric and accomplished with all the tools and resources applicable.
- Manage reports and dashboards to analyse pipeline health and troubleshoot with leaders to improve towards business goals.
- Partner across the People Team on compensation benchmarking, career development, company culture programs, onboarding, employer branding, diversity & inclusion programs, rewards & recognition, and training.
- Build talent acquisition capacity forecasting for the product engineering & engineering services teams. Use data to develop both short-term and long-term recruiting plans. Balance hiring resources to ensure the right resource allocation and partnership frameworks to support our priorities.
- Guide the team to accomplish goals and adjust to shifting organizational priorities. Provide guidance, share knowledge, create and arrange training for best practices.
- Give feedback to develop and scale the talent acquisition team for growth and global reach.
- Manage the development of recruiting programs for product engineering & engineering services. Develop programs that are creative, transformative, and support the long-term goals and vision of the company.
- Develop diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies and embed them into practices.
- Be the champion of the candidate experience. Increase engagement with candidates using personalization and proactive, customized interaction. Partner across team members to refine and achieve compelling candidate and new-hire experience.
What we are looking for :
- 10+ years of overall recruiting leadership experience- the majority of which is technical recruiting in product engineering & engineering services in a fast-growth technology company
- Experience developing people and leading inspired teams.
- Experience navigating and setting direction through an ambiguous and scaling environment.
- Experience scaling global functions to achieve business objective.
- An understanding of how to run a high-quality, full-cycle and custom recruiting process and lead a team to accomplish plans.
- An eye for data and Goals that help guide decisions on practices to improve our recruitment efforts.
- Examples of managing through complex change management and engagement in talent acquisition programs.
