Senior Manager - Recruitment - BPO/ITeS (7-10 yrs)
Client: A Global Leader in CRM and Data
Location: Gurgaon
Designation: Sr. Recruitment Manager
Experience: 7+ years in recruitment, ideally should have managed to hire of in IT, ITES, Outsourcing Organisations or related industry.
Education: MBA
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a team leader/ team manager who can handle a team of 5-6 recruiters
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Monitor key level hirings and agent level hirings
- Manage the leadership hiring team by setting up right KRAs, performance parameters and a process that enables improvement in hiring quality and reduces the time to closure
- Guide the team in research and screening of candidates for leadership and critical positions hiring
- Experience in talent acquisition with knowledge in hiring at all levels
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Go Getter, Good grasping power.
