As a Senior Manager- Reconciliation & MIS, you will be responsible for end to end tracking and reconciliation of business transactions from various channels.

What you will do:

- Creating and implementing of operational MIS

- Contributing to the process improvement and to overall operational system

- Ensuring correct month end accounting and reporting

- Developing and implementing efficient and standardized workflows within the team

- Ensuring monthly reconciliation of balances as per books

- Ensuring correct reporting to management on monthly basis

- Developing periodic reports and publishing to relevant stakeholders

- Cross functional coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Product, Technology, Operations teams to ensure any discrepancies are pointed out, escalated, and resolved in timely manner

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- 3-5 years of experience in reconciliation

- Problem-solving skills

- Love for numbers

- MBA degree and/or Chartered Accountant is a must

- Experience in handling stakeholders relationship management

- Expert level knowledge in MS Excel

- Experience with a high-paced start-up is a must

- Experience with a E-com/ Health-Tech/a Product-based company would be strongly preferred

- Candidates working in a big BPO/ MNC will not be considered

- Need people only based out of Delhi/ NCR
