ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is for a Consulting / Advisory business. To drive the financial valuation for all the sectors of the real estate.

- Business Plans, Financial Feasibility Analyses, Market Analyses, Techno-economic Viability Studies, Due

Diligence Exercise, Entry Strategies, corporate advisory etc.

- A minimum of 8 years of work experience with specialized international consulting firms

- Proven relevant business experience as a Senior professional in Consulting/Advisory services in the field of Real Estate Consulting / Strategic Consulting

- Should have exposure across various domains -IT Parks, Retail Malls, Hotels/Resorts, Urban Infrastructure, Townships, Airport and MRT related real estate, Industrial Parks, SEZ's, Hospitals, Residential and Commercial projects, etc.

- Should be capable of managing the execution process for multiple engagements with the client centric approach

- Ability to develop a network of relevant clients across focused geographies, proven relevant business development experience in terms of managing client relationships, generating new business leads, team management, etc.

- Directs the planning, organization, and controls for a local market area (LMA). Determines monitors and

reports on staffing levels, utilization and deployment of human resources within area of responsibility

- Excellent communication and analytical skills, 'report' writing capabilities, sound knowledge of financial modeling, preparation and delivery of presentations

- Ensure positive client experience through high quality service and communication thereby attaining client retention.

- Ability to pitch effectively and in a targeted manner to prospective client.

- Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively

REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Qualification :

- MBA/PGDM from recognized university.

Experience:

- 8-14 years of experience preferably in real estate domain
