Job Summary :

As the Senior Real Estate Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing prime retail locations for our luxury watch boutiques. You will play a vital role in our brand's growth strategy, ensuring that our boutiques are strategically positioned to maximize visibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential retail locations in key markets in India. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.

- Site Selection: Identify and evaluate potential retail sites, considering factors such as foot traffic, demographics, competition, and brand synergy.

- Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease agreements, including rental terms, lease renewals, and any necessary legal provisions. Ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with landlords, real estate brokers, and property owners to gain access to exclusive leasing opportunities.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for leasing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.

- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions and lease agreements.

- Store Opening Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth opening of new boutiques, coordinating with visual merchandisers, architects, and operations teams.

- Lease Administration: Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, critical dates, and lease-related documents.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, or a related field is preferred.

- 7-15 years of experience in real estate leasing, with a strong background in securing prime retail locations, ideally within the luxury retail industry.

- Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and site selections.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Professionalism and a polished appearance.

- Prior experience in luxury retail or luxury brands is highly desirable.
