Senior Manager - Real Estate Investment Trust (6-10 yrs)

Position:- Sr.Manager- Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)

Location:- Mumbai

Qualification:- CA/ MBA Finance/ CFA

Job Details:-

Key Aspects of the job: the Job will include the following:

- Building Internal and external process framework in lines with SEBI guidelines on REITs and InvITs

- Oversee the operations of Investment manager and other stakeholders

- Periodic Compliance Report for REITs/ InvITs, reporting to regulators on special situation

- Periodically review status of unit holders complaints and their redressal undertaken by the Manager, convene meetings and record maintenance, monitor dividend payments to unit holders

- Oversea legal due diligence of assets as per regulatory guidelines

- Controlling and maintaining the accounts and tax & Statutory compliances of trusts

- Risk exposure for each Trust/ mandate or deal

- Should be able to look after all compliance related matters

Any special skills / knowledge essential:

- Very good communication skill - speaking, reading, writing.

- Multitasking capability.

- Adjustment capability with different people, culture, (person who has no particular choice (food/ place / people etc) in life which needs to be specially accommodated.

- Easy & quick Adaptability to any kind of work & environment is required.

Any other remarks / preferences :

- Must have problem solving attitude.

- Can take responsibility of failure & success with equal spirit.
