Consolidation, accounting and control : - Drive preparation and consolidation of financials for assigned entities; Review final financials prepared by team; - Analyze the financials to flesh out insights; - Discuss with team and seek clarifications, if required; Release flash report for presenting to superior; - Participate in review meetings with AVP / VP-Finance to present financials and report variances, if any; - Discuss and identify action items based on review - Track closure of actionables and escalate deviation in a timely manner Experience : CA / MBA with 10+ years of experience n accounting domain.
