Job Description :

- Managing a team of quantitative research under research director guidance-allocating load/projects within the team, monitoring the progress of the team, overseeing analysis and final presentation

- Mentoring/honing and developing skills of the team

- End to end management of multiple projects-ensuring field quality /data output/final presentation

- Client management- ensuring client briefs are met and research outputs are actionable and aligned to the requirement

- New customer acquisition- ensuring more business from exciting clients and new customer acquisition across categories.

Experience :

- We are looking for strong Quant Researchers, willing to relocate to Jakarta and aware of cultural difference nuances in Indonesia.

- 5+ yrs of across category ad-hoc and customized research experience with top MR agencies.

- Excellent research and analytical skills- can manage a project end to end-with exceptional networking and team management skills.
