Senior Manager - Quality Process Excellence - Lean Six Sigma/Black Belt

Looking for Sr. Manager Quality Process Excellence - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Insurance, Reinsurance) Property & Casualty with Insurance client in Delhi/NCR

- Lead operational excellence projects using Lean tools/Six Sigma methodology

- Deliver trainings on quality concepts/ tools and Lean Six Sigma to build Quality DNA

- Track Quality DNA building within the organization and improve penetration

- Partner with teams across diverse business functions (like Underwriting Services, Insurance Operations) to translate business processes into process maps using a process mapping tool (like Visio)

- Perform data and process analysis to implement improvement opportunities (like reduction of non-value add activities, automation of work)

- Research for industry/business best practices, and benchmarks for processes mapped

- Manage desktop automation opportunities through VB macro, Power BI & Power automate

- Graduate with 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in MIS/Process Improvement role

- Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt certified

- Proficient in using MS Office tools - Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate

- Strong working knowledge of MIS reporting and management

- Hands on experience in developing Power BI dashboards and creating power automate workflows

- Hands on experience in creating advanced Excel Macro based automations
