Senior Manager - Quality - Mfg

Sr Manager Quality ( Electronics Background ) @ Bangalore

- Should be good with Q.C. tools and Measurement System Analysis

- Should be team player Business Process / Supplier / 5S / QMS / EMS and ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, MR for ISO 9001 QMS ISO:14001 & IPC-A-610

- Supervises, trains, coaches, evaluates and Quality Engineers and Technicians.

- Develop, maintain and improve a quality system that yields the performance metric goals on the strategic plan.

- Supplier Evaluation and Quality Management.

- Should be involved with Inward inspection by in-house Q.A. Team and 3rd Party.

- Maintain /improve the Management goals on safety, quality and business metrics.

- Creation of Documents - Operating Procedures, Control Plan.

- Reviews all data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.

- Develops, administers and insures adherence to departmental budget.

- Responsible for Customer Inspection

- Must have knowledge of Calibration Control FMEA, PPAP & Quality Plan process/other structured problem solving methodology.

- Responsible to Co-ordinate with New Product Development and Design & Development department in preparing Product Part Approval Process (P.P.A.P) related documents.

- Product Testing and Qualification.

Candidate must have B.E/ B.Tech ECE, EEE (Electronics/ Tele Communication,Electrical Communication Engineering) Qualification

Other Qualifications/ Certifications/Programs:

- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

- Certified Six Sigma- Black Belt

- Strong analytical skills, utilizing statistical inference tools.

- Strong customer relations management
