The QCRM Global Team supports the implementation of programs, policies, and practices to manage the risk of the member firms. QCRM is responsible for monitoring the network firms' audit practice by executing such activities as the internal inspection program, PCAOB inspection, and other monitoring projects. QCRM works closely with the Audit Methodology and Digital Transformation Team in assisting in the creation and monitoring of policies, tools, guidance, and training. This position assists and reports to the QCRM Partner. Relocation is not required.

Job Responsibilities :

- Assist with planning and execution of the internal inspection program, as well as the local peer reviews of member firms

- Support the facilitation of the member firms' PCAOB, ACRA, CPAB, FRC or ACRA inspection along with other regulatory exams such as those conducted by the Department of Labor

- Perform research and analysis related to professional standards and audit quality matters

- Execution of formal functional monitoring activities

- Develop and deliver continuing professional education courses

- Plan and execute root causes sessions

- Perform post and pre-release file reviews as assigned based on individual experience

- Perform other monitoring and quality initiatives as directed by the Quality Control and Risk Management Partner

- Responsible for other various assignments that arise through incident response or international audit quality and regulatory compliance

- Other duties as assigned

Skills and Competencies :

Technical:

- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards in local jurisdiction

- Experience with audit tools such as CaseWare and IDEA

- SEC audit engagement or PCAOB inspection experience preferred

- Strong oral and written communications skills

- Strong performance history and demonstration of excellence

- Strong social and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly to change

- Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, verbally and orally to diverse audiences across the firm and to outside professional contacts

- Ability to develop and maintain applicable professional and internal contacts, resources, and networks

- Exhibit high attention to detail and strong proofreading skills

- Leadership

- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills for multiple and or complex projects(required)

- Collaborates with all levels to achieve results (required)

- Able to adapt quickly to changes in the firm and regulatory environment(preferred)

- Ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek and implement change to drive business improvement (preferred)
