Senior Manager - Quality - BPO (4-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
- Supervise technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
- Approve the right products or reject defectives.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Submit detail report to the above management.
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
- Manage a team of Quality Control Analysts.
Skills & qualification required :
1. Any PG degree required
2. Minimum ten (10) years of work experience with BPO industry in a Quality related role.
3. Should possess Domestic BPO exposure
4. Should be Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) certified
5. Strong team handling experience
6. Proven experience as quality manager
7. Sales and Customer support experience is must.
