Senior Manager - Quality Assurance - MR - Automotive/Tyres

We need an expert of IATF implementation and Deming exposure. Deming grand final examination is scheduled in Aug 23 and the person needs to understand & prepare the following document independently & co-ordinate with 6 Plants for data collection and guide respective team members for Deming preparation , need to have basis understanding of Deming along with IATF.

- Co-ordination with all plants for data collection - Overall QA MIS preparation - Co-ordination skill (Must be required)

- ISO / IATF implementation - Checklist preparation - ( Must be required )

- IATF internal & external audit planning for 5 plants & 6 Zonal offices with corporate function - ( Must be required )

- Knowledge of -IATF / PFMEA / SPC / MSA / APQP / Human error prevention / COPQ / Straight pass ratio / direct pass ratio etc ( Must be required )

- DTQMP preparation - Good in articulating the technical story - ( Good to have )

- Schedule A and Schedule B presentation preparation - ( Good to have )

- A3 - Success story preparation - ( Good to have )

- English proficiency ( ok to have )
