Senior Manager - Pursuits - HR Department - Big4 (8-15 yrs)
We are looking for Senior Manager at B4 Firm Working as a Pursuits, your responsibilities will include:
The Pursuits team specializes in leading Firm's large and strategic pursuits. The team comprises of a group of pursuit writers, designers and Market EDGE champions. The team drives collaboration to win big.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Project manage and support large and strategic pursuits for the firm
- Work with various functional teams and stakeholders (Partners, senior staff and engagement teams) involved in the proposal development process
- Drive, formulate and ideate customized proposals and presentations - developing and refining value proposition and key win messages
- Formulate customized strong value propositions
- Conceptualize new ideas in storyboarding & ideating PowerPoint presentations
- Participate along with the opportunity in assess client's demand and budget, in order to develop a relevant and strong bid response
- Lead end-to-end proposal development process encompassing stages from EOI till orals
- Build bid project plan and ensure effectiveness
- Organize and lead project team communications, including team meetings and calls, touch points and action item follow-up
- Ability to brainstorm and challenge the opportunity team to ensure most successful outcome is obtained
- Establish strong stakeholder relationship resulting in self and team's healthy pipeline
- Ability to work and contribute towards the team's win target
- Build collaterals specific to an opportunity and liaise with external printer
- Ability to present content aesthetically, working with the internal brand and design team
- Review final production materials, so that message quality, format and content meet client needs, and are consistent with firm wide communication guidelines
- Prepare teams for client meetings, leading the development of presentation materials and synthesizing important issues
- Work with global pursuit teams within the KPMG network on cross border deals
- Lead and monitor performance of team members
Provides coaching and mentoring to others
Assigns and oversees work
- Open to travel within short notice, domestic
Qualifications and Skills -
- Experience in responding to Government Tenders
- Proficient in MsOffice (Word, PPT and Excel)
- Good analytical, writing and articulation skills
- Good project management experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to take directions and work independently
