Senior Manager - Public Relation Officer & Liaison - Cement Business (7-18 yrs)
Senior Manager - Public Relation Officer & liaison for leading cement company
- Should be aware about local geography & demography
- Should be able to deal with local government officials
- Must be a localite. Must be aware about district
- Should be well aware about laws & amendments time to time
- Responsible for ensuring land registration, identification with due diligence. Clearances and approvals.
- Handling Government Agencies, Land Aggregators, Arbitration and litigation as required.
- Legal correspondence, liaison with various departments for obtaining development approvals for Cement Project
- Land acquisition of revenue land: Preparation of necessary documents and co- ordination with various revenue officers for getting necessary permission from Government authorities.
- Liaison with various Government departments viz. Revenue, Panchayats, Taluka/ sub division/ district level bodies.
- Drafting of various types of Deeds (Agreement to Sell, Sale deeds, MOUs, Lease deeds etc.)
Qualification - Graduate with MBA /LLB
Experience - Must have relevant experience in manufacturing unit in respective state
Age - Max 45 yrs
