Senior Manager Projects

Location - Bhuj (Gujarat)

Mandatory Qualification - BE Mechanical

Key Responsibilities :

- To be responsible for execution and commissioning of the designated projects as per the requirement of the Company

- To understand the detailed engineering and process from the consultant to ensure the knowhow of the project

- To prepare and check all documents, specifications and technical evaluations needed to procure the equipment

- To formulate and define technical scope for the projects.

- To direct and co-ordinate activities at the location of project personnel to ensure timely completion and commissioning within stipulated budget.

- To develop plans specifying project goals, staffing, scheduling, risks identification, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.

- To plan, depute and control the movement of Site Engineers and Commissioning Engineers for mobilizing erection engineers at different work sites.

- To execute orders by coordinating all technical and planning activities for purchase, procurement, drawing and interaction with vendors as per the project plan.

- To follow up with contractors for timely execution of the activities.

- To monitor the site on daily or weekly basis for project implementation

- To ensure that machinery and equipment commissioned at the location meet performance guarantee as per contractual agreement with the vendor/contractor.

- To control project execution with respect to quality, cost and schedule.

- To make a budget plan for sundry expenses for visiting the site/traveling for official purpose.

- To allocate adequate manpower to various projects based on priorities.

- To be responsible for optimum utilization of resources based on stages and requirements of the projects.

- To monitor and control project cost against the agreed budget.
