Senior Manager - Project - Quality - Bank (8-12 yrs)

Our Client, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for a Sr. Manager - Projects - Quality to be based at Mumbai.

Job Purpose

Drive Small to Medium quality projects

Assess the business requirement and to monitor the project's progress in order to have a smooth flow of operations

Follow up with the teams on accepted actions during the project meetings done every day

Job Responsibilities:

Assessing business requirements

1. Assessing requirements received from Business stakeholders.

2. Project Scoping (Agree on start point and end point and dimensions)

Monitoring the progress of the projects

1. Tracking / Monitoring Project Progress end to end.

2. Timely review of Project Progress to ensure implementation as per agreed timelines.

3. Effectively using escalation matrix to ensure delivery as per timelines.

4. Work closely with Business Sponsors to resolve key issues.

5. Meditate cross functional issues faced during project execution..

Educational Qualifications/ Key Skills

- BE and/or MBA

- Preferred Certifications:

- Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt

- Project Management Professional (PMP) / Prince 2 certified

- Agile Methodology

- Banking Product & Process Knowledge

- Professional Presentation skills

- Planning and Organizing Skills

- Communication

- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in service Industry

- Knowledge of IT project Management mandatory

Experience Required

- Minimum experience in years :- 8 to 12 yrs

- Retail / Wholesale Banking / Financial Services experience mandatory
