The Project Manager for KYC (Know Your Customer) and Client Lifecycle Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of KYC and client lifecycle processes within the organization. They will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to ensure compliance with KYC regulations and efficient client onboarding and ongoing due diligence procedures.

Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement KYC and client lifecycle management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, such as compliance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary data and information for KYC and client lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to KYC and client onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a risk-based approach for client due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's KYC and client lifecycle processes, making necessary improvements as required.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors, to provide necessary documentation and support during KYC-related inspections.
- Train and educate employees on KYC and client lifecycle management policies and procedures.
Skill Sets:
1. Strong understanding of KYC and client lifecycle management principles and practices.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
4. Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
5. Effective project management and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in KYC and client lifecycle management, preferably in the financial services industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to KYC and client onboarding.
4. Familiarity with relevant regulatory bodies and their requirements, such as the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) or local regulatory authorities.
5. Strong understanding of customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner).
- Experience in leading KYC and client lifecycle management projects within a financial institution.
- Experience in collaborating with regulatory authorities and participating in industry working groups related to KYC and client lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of international KYC and client lifecycle management requirements and guidelines.
