We are looking for a strategic project management professional from a life insurance background with at least 4+ years of experience driving direct sales enablement.

You will be responsible for streamlining the CAT service-to-sales (CAT - S2S) process and undertaking process improvement initiatives to improve seller efficiency, business quality, and customer satisfaction.

Location: Gurgaon

1) Evaluating trends and projections for planning location-wise deployment & alignment of CET & CAT stakeholders.

2) Proposing and designing contest initiatives at both CAT & CET levels.

3) Tracking issuance & POS refund cases for improving S2S business conversions.

4) Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deploy campaigns and enable distribution teams to improve conversions.

Responsibilities:

1) Graduation/Post-Graduation with at least 4+ years of project management experience in the life insurance domain.

2) High degree of customer centricity and result orientation.

3) Comfortable with working in a constantly evolving environment.

4) Excellent communication and articulation skills.
