Senior Manager - Project Management - BFSI Domain - Consulting Firm

We have an urgent with one of the largest Consulting firm

Location: Mumbai

Exp: 7yrs+

- Looking for the candidates having exposure into project management for BFSI domain.

- Efficiently deliver projects and run them to key project delivery parameters, including achievement of planned benefits, individually and through direct reports.

- Define, maintain and evolve the Programme Office (Portfolio reporting) ways of working and implement governance (monitor, report and control) for identified portfolios

- Has responsibility for cost/budget management of a complex sub function or functional budget of a small to medium organization. Directly accountable for achieving operational efficiency in the function

- Plan, Execute and deliver goals for any assigned projects to ensure benefits are realised as planned

- Ensure that projects follow - Standard Operating Procedures- and to drive a standard, efficient and effective project management culture

- Manage stakeholders at project and portfolio levels to maintain a high level of confidence & satisfaction

- Setup, evolve and implement the Governance framework for in-scope portfolios, to enable timely and informed management interventions and decision making

- Monitor financial Benefit realization across all projects and portfolios and trigger direct or indirect intervention where significant deviations from planned benefits occur
