Senior Manager Project Finance - Solar Industry.

We are recruiting Senior Manager - Project Finance with a leading Solar Developer organization at Gurgaon.

We are looking for a candidate having excellent expertise in debt syndication & raising Foreign Currency Loans. This position will be reporting to the Country Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Managing the process of raising Foreign Currency Loans for setting up large scale solar energy projects of 100 MW + capacity.

2. Screening new projects, defining project description, scope and conducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures, projecting cash flow & growth opportunities.

3. Coordinating & executing the necessary requirements for loan disbursement from foreign banks / financial institutions and their various transaction advisors viz. technical, financial & legal.

4. Preparing Financial Models for Project Appraisals and performing risk & sensitivity analysis.

5. Dealing with Lenders on due diligence, negotiations, documentation processing and managing compliance.

6. Advising, drafting and executing the loan agreements & addendums.

7. Preparing project finance reports. Also, effectively planning & executing the fund provisioning plans for future projects expansions.
