Transition / Program Manager provide solutions to Transition Management, and are responsible for meeting development schedules including New Business Development and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
- Strong Transition Management experience including Project and Stakeholder Management
- Must have led at least 5 Transitions independently E2E involving - Due Diligence, Process Mapping, Solution Design, Implementation, Performance Monitoring etc
- Must be a self-starter with readiness to assume full ownership of projects assigned under a region/BU
- PMP and Digital Marketing domain knowledge will be an advantage
- Must be flexible to work across different shifts per business requirements
- 7 - 10 years of Project/Transition Management experience
- Strong experience working in all project/Transition life-cycles
- Strong People and Client Management Skill
