Job Title : Senior Manager- RPA Reports to : Director - IT Applications services Department : IT Applications Location : Powai - Mumbai Role Requirements : Primary responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall management, co ordination, execution, control and completion of projects related to Robotics process automation - Competency and performance management, define and implement effective competency framework for the RPA team - Defining KPIs with stakeholders and managing performance of the RPA teams across multiple levels - Manage stakeholders, able to work with teams across multiple locations - Manage and drive multiple sprints or delivery teams and be able to design best practices and process that can effectively deliver high quality product solutions - Involve in design reviews and end to end delivery management. - Vendor co ordination and management - Recruitment and trainings through internal or external resources for all the team members based on competency frameworks & project pipelines. - Defining metrics, processes, reports, and systems to ensure delivery is managed - Ensure CMMiLevel 5 practices to be followed in the RPA area - Drive adherence to best practices as part of knowledge management - Implement best practices in the RPA team and influence stakeholder decisions, - Manage, execute and own transition plans and all operational related tasks. - Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the on-shore Marsh team, ensuring there is effective two-way communication, knowledge sharing and reporting - Creating a working environment which encourages ideas and focuses on continuous improvement - Onboarding new recruits whilst maintaining the productivity of the team - Governance, roadmap and service delivery across projects - Work with the Business align to project priorities, highlight and manage risks and costs - End to End execution and oversight for Robotics Process automation projects Technical Skills : - Comes from a very strong Robotics Process automation background with expertise across technology and process automation tools - Experience implementing UI path /Blue Prism /Automation Anywhere - Very good communication skills, ability to prepare RPA strategy, plans & reports for complicated systems - Previous experience building teams and working with on-shore counterparts. - Good insurance broking domain knowledge (nice-to-have) - Strong practice management and delivery management skills - Proven experience on handling multiple RPA projects - Ability to generate delivery metrics - Good vendor management experience General Skills : - Excellent communication skills - People management skills - Analytical bent of mind - Very good stakeholder management skills - Able to work and deliver in a multi-stakeholder environment with matrix reporting structures. Preferred candidate profile : Prior Experience : - 15-18 years- experience from leading IT services/ Captive units leading RPA practices with a strong management background and exceptional people management skills - Experience managing RPA teams - Should have worked with stakeholders and businesses in UK/US - Should have managed large Insurance/financial services product RPA engagements - Should have some experience of managing vendor teams Education/ Qualification : BE, MCA, or MBA or M Tech
