Roles and responsibilities
The candidate will be predominantly responsible to -
- Handling complex independence matters in consultation with business teams
- Liaison with the global teams on independence issues
- Working with the RMP on various independence and regulatory projects
- Evaluating new audit targets from professional independence perspective
- Trainings
- Professional conflict assessments
- Working closely with audit risk management team
- Any other ad-hoc risk management projects
THE INDIVIDUAL
- In-depth knowledge of independence rules - SEC/ IESBA/ EU /Local regulations
- Experience in working on statutory audit engagements or on independence (professional) areas
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
