Senior Manager - Productivity Management - IT & Business Technology - Bank

Our Clients, a Leading Private Banking is looking out for a Senior Manager: Productivity Management - IT & Business Technology to be based at Mumbai.

Job Purpose:

Help unit head drive productivity management and related metrics across all verticals of IT & Business Technology Group.

Requirement:

- Candidate to be strong at Data crunching, Numbers analysis and should be hands on no. oriented person

- Works closely with Budget teams and Finance teams on Manpower head counts

- Should be hands on working on measuring job productivity tools

Job Responsibilities:

Support in Implementation of Productivity management processes for entire IT department

1. Liaise with the IT PMO team on the implementation of the Project Portfolio Management tool for all IT staff members (~2500 staff)

2. Coordinate with all verticals and the IT Vendor Management team to put in place productivity management practices for our outsourced staff (~3000 staff)

3. Ensure closure of any open deliverables to help drive decision making.

Support in Implementation of enhanced productivity model for IT Staff

1. Assist Unit Head in monitoring resource utilization for all verticals across IT

2. Actively coordinate with Finance teams to ensure consistency in Productivity reporting and measurement

3. Support in definition and implementation of the automated Productivity Management tool.

4. Daily/ Weekly review and tracking, ensuring closure of action items

Close interaction and follow up with different functions

1. Assist UH in measurement of scorecard metrics across all IT verticals

2. Devise practice and process related to KPI monitored business performance management

3. Closely liaise with HR teams on recruitment and budgeting of headcount

4. Daily/ Weekly review and tracking, ensuring closure of action items
