Sr. Manager Production Planning &amp; Control Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Monitor Plan V/s Actual on daily basis &amp; coordinating with Production &amp; Materials for the execution of the production plan - Conduct root-cause analysis in case of unusual variances between plan and actual production. - Work with Production, Engineering, and Materials to ensure uniform loading of production capacities to meet the dispatch/ manufacturing plan - Plan, control and monitor the WIP ( Work in Progress)so as to plan production accordingly - Provide inputs to the Materials team in case of significant production volume fluctuations so special actions can be taken. - Conduct regular stock check with the Stores Head so as to ensure physical and SAP stock is accurate - Constant coordination and discussion with in-house planning manager on a regular basis, on matters pertaining to decisions on production plan. - Participation in LTSP ( long term Supply planning) and Annual planning process - Coordination with the subordinate planners and review of shift-wise, process-wise and SKU-wise plans formulated by them. - BE/B.Tech, MBA from Premier B-School - Batch 2011 to 2014
