Senior Manager - Production - Lubricants

The candidate will be responsible for complete production activities.

Strong background of multi product manufacturing, batch Process, material planning, and knowledge of chemical process and process hazard / Hazop study.

B.E. Chemical with good academic records from a reputed institute.

The candidate should be from Grease / lubrication manufacturing background.

1. He will be responsible for entire Process & Production.

2. Experience in handling batch production.

3. Handle a team size of 40-50. (Engineers / Workmen).

4. To Manage Production & Execute Strategic Plan related to Production.

5. Should have sound knowledge of ISO TS / IATF systems.

6. Should have sound knowledge in high temperature and pressure reactions.

7. A sound knowledge in chemical reactions and kinetics is desirable.

8. Co-Ordination with Purchase / Planning /Sales For all production activities

9. Should have good planning capabilities, leadership qualities, communication and inter personal skills.

10. Responsible for preventive maintenance, Upkeep of Plant and Machinery.

11. Responsible for fulfilling all statutory norms under KSPCB such as regular returns, forms, approvals etc.

12. Exemplary Housekeeping, HSE compliance w.r.t Plant & strict adherence to Waste norms

13. Should be conversant with Change Control Management, Contamination prevention system and Operational Excellence.

14. Creating scope for learning and growth for Subordinates to achieve targets.

15. Driving Innovation and Improvement Culture within department.

16. Experience in handling turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
