As a Senior Manager Production, you will take overall responsibility of maintenance & production activities of grading plants

What you will do :

- Purchasing of spares/ consumables & project equipment's specifying the machinery/ parts

- Controlling process variations if any.

- Planning & coordinating for new STO before packing.

- Maintaining an effective in house Quality assurance

- Planning for internal customer requirements to satisfy Internal customer needs.

- Regularly updating the latest developments in the product range to bring in change to the present processes.

- Analyzing the process variations if any from the set target values and taking preventive/ corrective actions for the same.

- Co-ordinating with external agencies and imbibe the Benchmarks & Best Practices.

- Imparting Knowledge sharing sessions on the latest developments and best practices being followed in the Industry.

- Planning and budgeting of new projects.

- Maintaining optimum level of spares inventory

- Handling Training sessions for Subordinate development.

- Ensuring zero customer complaint .

- Maintaining hygiene of shop floor and total compliance adherence to various audits & certifications

- Timely Forecasting of the production planning. Reports for understanding the process variations and identifying the corrective actions for the same.

- Monitoring the requirements for Process regularly, coordinating with subordinates and process crew for execution of the same.

- Monitoring the online packing and timely feedback to process for improvement if variation observed from standards.

- Maintaining the plant equipment to avoid breakdowns

- Processing development activities to improve the Customer Satisfaction.

What you need to have :

- B.Tech or BE in Mechanical field with experience in FMCG

- Preferably - handling rice grading/ packing plants processing sells/ steam/ raw rice of significant size 25 MT per & above

- Rice & Paddy specialization.
