Years of Experience : Min: 10 -15 yrs
Age- 40-45 yrs
Education : BE
Incumbents should know to speak in Kannada, Very Aggressive and good task master
Prefer : 5 Axis / 4 Axis / 3 Axis experience . % axis, most preferred.
Production : Sheet l/Metal/ Machining /machined parts /turn-mill/CNC/Turning /Milling etc
Job Description :
- Achieve Production targets as per Cycle time.
- Prepare Production Budget and monitor the same.
- Implement the Production plan as per the PPC guidance on monthly basis.
- Analyse daily Production chart and do the down time analysis.
- Achieve tooling budget as per monthly production plan.
- Achieve OEE Target > 80%.
- Monitor tool cost per components and report to Plant Head on weekly basis.
- Ensure Safety of the Machines & Operators in the Shop floor.
- Follow Production systems as per AS9100.
- Ensure the ERP Punching in all the respective areas.
- First off (efficiency)> 95%.
- Daily Production update to the Plant Head.
- Submit monthly cost saving details and improvements to the Plant Head.

- Mentoring the Production team.
- Leadership skills.
- Management skills : Union & Non-Union
