Senior Manager - Production - Adhesive Industry (14-18 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Production Management End to End
- Responsibility of Technical, Quality and Cost effective Manufacturing of the Products.
- Role also involves Plant and Process Safety, Health and Environmental activities related to the plant and person,
- Responsible for Plant related IR and Cost effective plant operations.
- Closely Monitoring - Regarding the availability of Raw material / Packing material required for manufacturing.
- Regular Interaction with SCPC, Purchase, Sales and HO Manufacturing Team
- TAT - To make available production in right quantity / quality at required time.
- Planing & Process Implementation - To meet Cos performance expectations
Candidate Requirement :
1. From - Any Paint / Chemical / Resin / Adhesive Industry - Preferred
2. B.Tech / M.E./ B.E./ MSC - in Chemical / Production / Chemistry / applied Chemistry
3. Local Marathi Language is a must
4. Candidate From Maharashtra/GOA - Only Preferred
