Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role : Senior Product Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for :

1. Develop go to market strategies for new products & features in collaboration with the marketing and product leadership team.

2. Understand complex dynamics of trade ecosystems, customer needs, macro trends and competitive landscape to plan and execute growth and brand strategies

3. Analyse consumer behaviour on the platform, and use insights and data to develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost engagement, conversion and retention

4. Design customer journey and funnel via various outbound communication channels and projects spanning marketing & product

5. Support the sales team with sales toolkits, presentations and marketing material

6. Design, supervise and execute new product messaging, campaigns, and content across different channels & for different segments with support from the team

7. Strategize and execute acquisition and brand marketing activities with the team's support - website, seo, sem, content, paid ads, webinars, events, presentations, industry reports, customer support

Who we're looking for :

1. Fluent in English with excellent writing skills, other languages a plus

2. Strong Analytical background

3. Good understanding of technology/SaaS products

4. 5-8 years of experience working in a software company or technology start-up is preferred

5. Experience with the start-up ecosystem is preferred

6. A good listener

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to learn about products, features and industry quickly

9. Excellent organisational and time management skills

10. Loves to work in a fast paced environment

11. Ability to approach all communication with a sensitive and empathetic approach
