Salary Range : 10 LPA to 25 LPA

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership to scale experiments to full-fledged programs

- Design impactful customer programs (Loyalty, wallet, referral, delivery fees, promo coupons, etc.) to achieve business goals

- Partner with Product, Tech, Operations and other functions in understanding the expectations that need to be aligned while rolling out the program

- Utilize data & analytics to champion innovations and measure success through KPIs while maintaining the guardrails

- Work on setting up & measuring performance metrics through automated dashboards

- Focus on due diligence around goal measurement and iterate over the same to scale programs

- Ensuring business goals are met while focusing on customer experience & satisfaction, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
