Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Media Marketing & Solutions - MNC BPO

Manager / Sr Manager Digital Media Market & Product Solutions (Digital Media) - MNC BPO (Hyd / Mum)

Purpose of the role:

Aims to scale its Digital Media practice by bringing in cutting edge solutions for global media companies in US and Europe across Print, Streaming, TV, AdTech and Gaming/eSports.

The company new strategic cornerstone is 'Digital First, Digital Now' as it builds strong capability, brand and service lines to strategically pivot towards clients that are 'born digital' and 'digital native' domains.

The right candidate will work as a part of the Digital Media Practice within the Communications, Media & Technology vertical and focus towards converting insights into products, create solutions and champion market adoption.

A key part of the role is to collaborate effectively with functions like Marketing, Technology, Operations and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform design, development, and support of new products and services

- Understand Media sub domains like Print, TV, Streaming, AdTech and Gaming/eSports

- Draw insights and convert these into product concepts, services and build onward

- Define product requirements, solution architecture and delivery and implementation

- Know design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product

- Planning and execution of new product releases, testing, course corrections

- Facilitate the creation, review, and sign off project deliverables

- Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features

- Lead RFPs, RFIs, Domain research studies independently for submission

- Collaborate with colleagues, functions across continents and time zones

- Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution for customers

- Work with domain, product management and product engineering teams in the solution engineering efforts

Experience

Critical:

- 5-7 yrs collective years of solutioning/operations experience in the CMT vertical

- Exposure to new spaces like OTT, Digital Video, eSports, Gaming and AdTech on Product or Tech side B2B Research (Primary & Secondary)

- Experience within sub segments of an industry matters. Eg: 'Publisher + Digital Content' or 'Programmatic + First Party Data' OR 'TV + OTT'

Know-How :

Critical:

- Digital expertise and working transformational knowledge

- Experienced in the adoption and execution of digital technologies across a broad spectrum of the CMT business

- Strong and current knowledge of computing, telecommunications, networking, and security and information technology

- Strong understanding of innovative Financial models (Pricing, P&L & Financials)
