- 8+ years of product marketing experience (4+ in B2B tech) with expertise in a scaling and fast growing global start-up environment - Degree in marketing at a minimum. - An ability to understand tech and business software and translate tech content into marketing material - Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships and feedback channels - Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to use data to drive actionable insights - Good stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating relationships and prioritizing asks. - The ability to think on your feet, and to digest information quickly to determine the appropriate way forward, breaking through any jargon to deliver clear messaging. - Ability to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologies - Own the go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for global launch campaigns for new products and features. - Refine and optimise the value proposition, messaging frameworks and positioning for the products across geographies and customer segments. - Run market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market. - Liaise with the product teams on new product and features development ensuring that the customer benefits from all product releases.
