Senior Manager - Product Management - Life Insurance

Location : Mumbai

Product Ideation & Research : Track data on external environment, allied sectors (BFS) and competition to provide inputs to product development team

- Product Development and filing as per the Process

- Post Launch management (inclusive of R&R) : Work out Action plan to enhance / correct / encourage the product sales post launch

- Establish and ensure the timely completion of projects driven through PIC : Diligence from product feature checking perspective & timely completion of product / project based on the PIC plan

- Product Awareness Campaigns : Visit atleast 4 -5 locations / territories for product awareness and interaction with channel heads and partners

- Ensure timely & appropriate response on Product helpline

- Preparation of Contracts for new products : Drafting of contract with Legal, co-ordination with stakeholders for inputs and approvals, incorporation of stakeholder feedback with Legal and ensure that final contracts are sent by Legal for filing. Co-ordinate the contract up load in the system for launch.

- Process Adherence : Ensure timely completion of RCSA,Compliance Report, Resolution and Closure of open items in breach report, Manage TBEM requirements and processes, Ensure IRDA circulars are shared with team and implementation of required

Skills Required :

- Finance / Insurance industry awareness

- Good Knowledge of MS Office

Qualification : Graduate with PG in Marketing | 3 - 8 Years in Insurance industry
