Senior Manager Product Management - Bangalore

- Product Managers have an opportunity to build a zero-to-one product that delivers delightful digital experiences to millions of card holders across the globe.

Responsibilities:

- Own the overall vision and build an ambitious roadmap for enabling and expanding the business.

- Mentor and lead a team of talented product managers.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, program and business teams to build the products.

- Be the voice of the customer and partners within the organization.

- Believe in setting ambitious goals, simplifying complexities and having a bias for action.

- Define, track and report the product KPIs.

- Work with sales, business development and product marketing to prepare and execute the go-to-market plan.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of product management experience, building and shipping B2B2C or SaaS products with a delightful consumer experience.

- 3+ years' experience in managing a team of product managers.

- Proven experience in products that operate at the interface of mobile technologies, developer experience and consumer experiences.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- An entrepreneurial and first principles thinker.

- An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers.

- Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Banking is preferred.
