Role Description:
Product Development
- Handling of online trading product and platforms for equity, future and options & Mutual Funds
- Requirement gathering & preparation of BRD document.
- Deliver the requirements to the product implementers / business analysts via user stories or BRDs.
- Ensure the requirements are well documented and the backlogs are groomed.
- Effectively transfer of the business requirements to the development team.
- Understand the regulatory environment and the regulations from time to time to implement the same.
- Be in tune with the competitive and industry landscape to identify customer needs and trends.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills to handle cross-functional teams & vendors.
- Strong understanding of internal process & systems.
