Senior Manager - Product FIG - Designing new Product/Process notes for the target segment/Product and getting approval from Committee for roll out. Follow up with different departments for timely closure of the same. Do market study and design new products for existing SSFB customers. - Initiatives to be taken in developing new Product, tweaking existing Marketing collaterals for FIG Business acquisition. - Designing of Training modules/knowledge series and conducting trainings on frequent intervals - Preparation of Business Requirement Document for Loan Origination System and co-ordinate with IT for the implementation of the same - Keeping oneself abreast of changing market scenarios so that existing products are periodically updated to remain relevant to our value proposition. - Identifying the weak areas/revenue loss segment and taking corrective measures by engaging different stakeholders - Co-ordinating with audit department and closing the points raised on time. - Product life cycle management - Growth in business by enabling new processes and streamlining the existing process. Key Skills Required: - Should have played project and team management roles. - Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office - Excellent time-management and organizational skills
