Senior Manager - Product Consulting Group - Post Trade Technologies & Professional Services

- Arcesium combines s comprehensive and fully integrated technology platform with a team of experiences hedge fund professionals to solve the most complex post- trade challenges of assets managers.

- We are looking for exceptional people to manager the product consulting group in our Hyderabad office. The group is responsible for working with clients through out the process lifestyle to address query and resolve issues.

- Responsibilities will also include working and liaising with internal terms like the product management group and the product development team.

Other responsibilities of the role includes :

- Managing a team of product consultants who provide Day to Day support to clients using the Arcesium platform.

- Ensuring that all client requests and /or issue are resolved ; support services is provided with quality and timeliness; the term is complaint with internal procedure and controls.

- Monitoring daily volumes and coordinating with senior management for manpower planning for client coverage and service continuity.

- Preparing various weekly /monthly metrics and KPIs to monitor volumes, efficiency, capacity for review and analysis for senior management.

- Acting as the first escalation point for client and liaising with second and third level support team lead to ensure are resolved and properly prioritized.

- Ensuring Client satisfaction by maintaining relationships ( regular check-ins, meetings/follo-ups, gathering feed-backs/wish lists), managing expectations and communicating clearly and efficiently with clients.

- Understanding clients' setup, workflow, Processes to pro-actively anticipate busies needs.

- Coordinating with the onboarding team to prepare for smooth transition of new client when they go live.

- Being involved in ad-hoc-projects and initiatives based on the business needs.
