SM Procurement with leading QSR Brand

A. Drive Strategic Procurement Procedure :

1. Drive new supplier sourcing, vendor registration process.

2. Manage Approved Vendor List & supplier rate contracts.

3. Develop detailed cost sheets for all products; Drive forward /reverse auction for supplier selection.

4. Experience in developing zero base costing sheet for products

5. Actively contribute in PO approval process & award PO to selected supplier.

6. Ensure Quality, Cost and Delivery as per defined company policy.

7. Ensure supplier rating post-delivery of material.

B. Procurement of Goods & Services :

1. Ensure TAT from PR to Delivery as per SOP defined.

2. Ensure delivery of material as per planned timelines

3. Discuss product quality issues identified by quality team with vendors

4. Monitor vendor outstanding along with finance team

C. Vendor & Stakeholder Management :

- Connecting with vendor on periodic basis to foster relations and ensuring smooth functioning with vendors

- Manage regular interactions with multiple stakeholders internally including working with senior management.

- Communicating with external stakeholders such as transporters, Auditors and professional advisors etc.

D. System Administration :

1. Ensuring maintenance of Item master & new item creation in system.

2. Ensuring facilitation of BOM costing and documentation for finance approval

E. Procurement MIS :

1. Monitoring of Budget Vs Actual.

2. Monitoring of track record of Spend analysis supplier wise, Commodity wise, PO category wise etc.

. 3. Publish dashboard periodically to review the performance of the function and his team members.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE SKILLS :

- Working Knowledge and hands on experience in strategic sourcing, VMI, procurement for group of companies

- Subject matter expert on procurement procedures, taxation & negotiation. (APIC, CPP, CPPM, Six Sigma certified).

- Hands on experience in 3rd party manufacturing & managing kit purchasing.

- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills and ERP design skills

- Ability to work in an unstructured environment.

- Strong problem solving skills.

- Multi-tasking

- Ability to deliver under stringent timelines.

EDUCATION :

- Graduate with PGDBM in Supply Chain/Procurement Engineering Graduate

EXPERIENCE :

- 8-10 years' experience in procurement

- Experience with FMCG / HORECA sec
