Senior Manager - Procurement & Contracting (10-18 yrs)
The incumbent for this role will play a key role in ensuring that all commercial transactions are properly executed and compliant with respect to various policies/statutory laws and regulations.
Roles & Responsibility
1. Development and monitoring of Annual Procurement plan
2. Vendor Management
3. Negotiations
4. Finalization of Annual rate contract
5. Documentation and Contracting Management
6. Compliance and Risk Management
7. Process Development / Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitoring
8. Exposure to SAP- MM Module, Tableau and Tally
Qualification - MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management/Chartered Accountant
Experience - Minimum 10 yrs
