Senior Manager (Procure to Pay)

Salary : 10 - 22 LPA

Key Relationships :

- Sr Manager P2P - Direct Manager

- Global Finance Outsourcing Lead

- Finance Leadership Team (Regional Controllers. Country FD's and Corporate Finance (EFP&A. Tax. Global Finance Transformation Lead. etc.)

- Third-party Outsource Partner

- IT Finance Business Partner

- Auditors, tax. legal & accounting advisors

Required Knowledge/Skills :

- Bachelor's in Commerce (MBA or Professional Accounting certification - CA/CPA/CMA desirable).

- Six Sigma Certification (Yellow or Green).

- Industry certification in P2P desirable.

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Onsite transition experience would be an added advantage.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle. workflows. reporting tools and excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.

Required Experience :

- Minimum 4 to 6 years experience in P2P in a combination of Outsourcing and Shared Services: working knowledge of Receivables and Accounting & Reporting will be an added advantage.

- Extremely strong in the basics of P2P and hands-on processing and process troubleshooting experience.

- 2 or 5 years of people management would be an added advantage.

- Track record of Process Improvement.
