Job Description for Process Management:

Key Responsibilities :

- The incumbent in this position will be responsible to deploy strategic high impact Process Improvement initiatives to meet Product Management needs by using variety of methodologies for driving results with particular emphasis on development and implementation of performance management systems and improvements on the operating system.

- Should be well versed with plant operations supporting Product teams.

- Collate and drive metrics.

- Utilize metrics to influence efficiencies and improvement efforts across in driving an environment of continuous improvement in an efficient and cost effective manner.

- Drive and coordinate with cross functional teams and plant on day-to-day basis in facilitating market needs of the product.

- Develop and operationalise processes to automate future queries enabling efficient and more timely data output.

- Manage the requirements and implementation of ad hoc reporting.

- Personal Impact : Able to represent the team at various levels. Keen problem solver with analytical nature and excellent problem solving skill set. Open minded, flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations. Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

- Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language. Must be proficient at excel, Project Management software and PowerPoint.

- Team work : Must portray a strong professional work ethic to other team members. Be able to work flexible hours to meet work demands and project deadlines.

Candidate Profile :

- MBA in Supply Chain/Operations from a premier b-school (NITIE, SP JAIN, IIT BOMBAY etc)

- 5+ years- of post MBA experience in supply chain/operations

- Experience in Tire / Auto / Auto Ancillary Industry will be added advantage.
