Senior Manager - Process Improvement - Manufacturing/Tyre/Automotive/Ancillary Industry - IIM/NITIE/SP JAIN/XLRI (6-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent in this position will be responsible to deploy strategic high impact Process Improvement initiatives to meet Product Management needs by using variety of methodologies for driving results with particular emphasis on development and implementation of performance management systems and improvements on the operating system.
- Develop best practices, standards and guidelines for leveraging the product releases.
- Work with key cross-functional teams for product upkeep.
- Utilize metrics to influence efficiencies and improvement efforts across in driving an environment of continuous improvement in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Develop and operationalize processes to automate future queries enabling efficient and more timely data output.
- Improve turnaround time of operational processes and minimize error rates.
- KPI dimensions: process implementation of new product development, change management, operational risk and control awareness.
Candidate Profile:
- B.E. / B.Tech and MBA in Operations from a premier b-school (IIMs/ NITIE/ SP JAIN/ XLRI etc.)
- 6-8 years- of experience in business process improvement or similar roles.
- Total Years of experience required are 6-8 years.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into business terms with a focus on business value.
