Senior Manager - Process Excellence Lead - BPO (11-15 yrs)
We are HIRING - Designation - Senior Manager - Process Excellence Lead
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Process Excellence Lead manages a portfolio of customer engagements. Define; design and implements process improvement as part of the Process One Approach that we follow in Digital Business Operations.
- Leads a team of Process Excellence Specialists for the portfolio of workflows. Facilitate and Guides team to complete Process Improvement projects, as assigned, and support by leading teams in the application of Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve business problems.
- Leads and delivers large, complex Process Excellence projects/initiatives following Lean Six Sigma, Automation methods and concepts. Utilize advanced techniques of process automation in collaboration with automation and analytics teams. Utilizes the latest technologies, where appropriate, in process automations such as Machine Learning and Intelligent Process Automation.
- Ensure integration and alignment vertically and horizontally across organization. Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies and Organization priorities.
- Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success. Monitors monthly Process Excellence performance metrics to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, Compliance and quality are met.
- Displays continuously the characteristics of a change leader in the organization. Facilitates meetings with management to review and examine project progress. Installs process excellence support for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards.
- Contributes in performance reviews with clients on Monthly / Quarterly basis with analysis of performance or new opportunities for improvements.
- Ensures Strategic Operations Team properly approves all financial models. Develops and trains site Blue Belts, Green Belts, management and their respective teams utilizing lean, continuous improvement, project management and business integration tools and concepts.
- Analyzes internal Risk and Compliance strategy, raises awareness about internal compliance processes, Gathers and analyzes data about the internal Risk and Compliance, and ensure compliance.
Requirement, Education & Experience:
- Engineer Degree (Industrial Engineers Preferred) Experience: 11+ years.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt
- Knowledge of Information Security Management systems preferred
- Knowledge and experience of implementing COPC Standards preferred
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Should know to handle Team of 50 to 80 members.
