About the Role:

- Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives in the organization by driving proactive improvement projects across various business function.

- Drive process improvement & transformational projects on key business problems

- Generate business impact through Continual Improvement initiatives

- Should be able to in due diligence activities to proactively identify improvement ideas

- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, controls, and related standards

Qualification / Work Experience & SKills :

- PG / Graduate with 8+ Years of overall work experience

- Minimum of 5+ year experience in Process Excellence/Black Belt Role

- Certified Black Belt

- Process Improvement Techniques/Certification (Lean, Six Sigma)

- Strong analytical skills

- Process Mapping

- Data Analysis

- Ability to identify and implement process re-engineering projects

- Microsoft Tools - Advanced Excel, Visio, Word & Access

- Strong Project Management Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels in in the organization

- Capability to conduct workshops on Process Excellence Tools & Techniques

- Experience in documenting Business Process flows, Creating/Updating Standard Operation Procedures, and documenting business

- Experience in training and mentoring in Lean Six Sigma Projects
